COLDWELL BANKER RESIDENTIAL BROKERAGE IN MENDHAM MOVING TO A NEW HOME OFFICE
MENDHAM, N.J. – December 8, 2008 – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Mendham will move to a new home office located at 106 A East Main Street, the corner of Cold Hill Road and East Main Street (Old Route 24), on December 17th. The office has served buyers and sellers from its current location at 21 East Main Street since 1984.
“It’s a bittersweet move because 21 East Main has been our home for such a long time. Our office staff has grown from 12 agents to over 60 and we expanded to occupy an annex building on this same lot,” said Sandra Laughlin, manager of Coldwell Banker in Mendham. “There is a lot of history in this office but we are also excited about our new office because it will be another classic building in Mendham.”
The current location at 21 East Main Street has been a staple in the Mendham community for over 250 years. It was built as a residential home and later converted into commercial property that included a barn. The converted barn formerly housed a veterinarian’s office on one level and an optometrist’s office on the other.
The new Coldwell Banker Mendham office at 106 A Main Street will be known as Gateway East because it will be the first building you see when you enter the Mendham business district. It is a pillar of style and history boasting a wraparound porch and corner turret. The architect blended features from other existing Mendham buildings into a unique design.
This new location will allow the entire Mendham sales team to operate under the same roof. Clients and customers will receive uninterrupted service during the move with all phone numbers and email addresses for the sales and administrative staffs remaining the same.
